Responsible for the successful operations of the Quick Mart, in accordance with company policies, budgets, procedures and specifications. Responsible for ensuring efficient and prompt service for Quick Mart customers in preparing the food.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of tasks is illustrative ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions in this class. • Responsible for preparing and finishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
• Follows all recipes and control procedures.
• Assists in all areas of food production as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations
• Ensures all transactions are handled according to Golden Acorn Policy for his/her sales.

• Assures security of cash drawer during entire shift. Accurate closing of register at the end of each shift monitoring all paperwork is included

• Presents a professional, friendly, and courteous image to customers and employees. Even when handling non-routine situations.

• Provides customer-service-related assistance in the Quick Mart, such as assisting customers with selection and/or purchase, promoting suggestive selling, handling exchanges, redeeming complimentaries, and giving directions to various areas of the property.

• Must perform routine cleaning of the Quick Mart to maintain Golden Acorn Casino image.

• Ascertains that merchandise in the Quick Mart is accurately inventoried and displayed to its' best advantage.

• Responds to special requests of customers, as well as customer complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner.

• Ensures a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction in the Quick Mart is achieved.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
