Setelah klik OPEN lalu buka folder emulatornya misalkan epsxe, lalu buka folder Memcard dan pilih salah satu dari file Memcard. File didalam folder Memcard ada dua yang berarti memory card slot 1 dan slot 2 ( Kalau di dalam emulator epsxe filenya bernama epsxe000.mcr dan epsxe001.mcr ). If you want to check if ePSXe is loading your memory card correctly, you can click on “Run BIOS”. That will open the PSX’s own memory card editor. The Memory Card Manager allows to manage the save game slots stored on memory card files from several PlayStation 1 emulators.
